An Introduction to Peer Mentoring (in-house)

Planning to develop a peer mentoring project? Want to train a group of young people to become peer mentors? Then this is the course for you!

Delivered in-house by award winning trainer Vanessa Rogers to practitioners or young people, this one day training package is designed to support the development of your peer-mentoring scheme by:

• Increasing participants understanding of peer mentoring and the role of a peer mentor
• Trying out activities to build positive relationships between mentors and mentee's
• Exploring boundary and confidentiality issues to keep mentors and mentees safe
• Considering ways to successfully match mentors with mentees
• Giving a FREE ‘Peer Mentoring’ toolkit of session plans and resources to use again and again.
