In this activity, young people should gain experience in listening, giving and following instructions accurately and understand the importance of good 2-way communication. By the end they should have a better understanding of what aids good communication (spoken, graphic and listening) and what helps them to follow instructions well, e.g. opportunity to ask questions and check on things etc.
